Airport pickups include a complimentary waiting period after the actual flight arrival time.
For pickups from hotels, residences, cruise ports, or other locations, drivers will wait for a reasonable amount of time.
Additional waiting time may be charged if the complimentary waiting period is exceeded.
Customers agree to:
Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time.
Provide accurate booking information.
Notify us promptly of any changes.
Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully.
Follow all applicable laws and safety regulations.
Request child seats when legally required.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or members of their group.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected vehicle is suitable for their luggage.
Please notify us before your travel date if you will be carrying oversized luggage, sports equipment, bicycles, wheelchairs, or other special items.
Additional charges may apply if a larger vehicle is required.
Requests to modify a confirmed booking are subject to availability.
Changes to the pickup location, destination, travel date, travel time, vehicle type, or itinerary may result in additional charges or revised pricing.

A booking will be considered a No-Show if:
The customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup location.
The customer cannot be contacted using the contact information provided during booking.
The customer leaves the pickup location without notifying us.
The customer fails to arrive within the applicable waiting period.
No refunds will be provided for No-Show bookings unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.
If we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, safety concerns, or events beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to:
Arrange an alternative vehicle or service.
Reschedule the booking.

Flight Delays
For airport pickup services, we monitor flight arrivals when flight details are provided.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
While we make every effort to provide the requested service, we reserve the right to substitute vehicles, drivers, or service providers when necessary due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

Road closures
Severe weather
Flight delays or cancellations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
